People and roles
Invite your team and control what each person can see and do.
Invite people under Drivers with Invite someone. They get an email to set their password.
Who can do what
- Fleet Owner / Administrator: everything.
- Fleet Manager: vehicles, drivers, maintenance, requests and approvals up to their limit.
- Driver: their assigned vehicles only: mileage, problems, inspections and requests.
- Accounting / Finance: invoices, expenses and reports.
Under Settings > Custom roles you can make your own roles from the same list of permissions.
Locations and departments
Settings > Locations and departments organizes vehicles for companies in more than one place. Reports compare them.
Activity log
Settings > Activity log shows who changed what.
